In the light of the spread of COVID-19, and recent directive of the National Universities Committee to all universities to suspend academic activities, the decision has been taken to postpone the ABUAD International Research Conference and Career Fair which was scheduled to be held on April 22-24, 2020.
This decision has been taken following extensive deliberations by the University Research and Innovation Committee (URIC) and the University Management. While we appreciate that this news will be disappointing and inconvenient for sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and others who were planning to attend, we hope that you will appreciate that the decision was taken with the health and well-being of participants at the forefront of our minds.
We will continue to monitor the situation, and will hope to announce a new date for the event at the earliest opportunity later in the year.
