SPEAKER’s PROFILE
Dr Emem is a distinguished Law Lecturer and Research Co-coordinator, Faculty of Management Sciences, Durban University of Technology (DUT), South Africa. She was admitted to the bar in 1991, after obtaining her LLB degree in 1990. She obtained her LLM degree in 2006 from the University of London, and thereafter a PhD (Business Law) degree from DUT in 2018. Her field of expertise is corporate law, with particular reference to corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.
